1. Scope of Policy
This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through the ISTO Furniture webshop and delivered within India.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
ISTO Furniture accepts returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Product Condition
- Only new, unused, and uninstalled products are eligible.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any complimentary items.
- Products showing signs of use, installation, alteration, damage after delivery, or improper handling will not be eligible.
3. Return & Exchange Window
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
4. Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- Defective products (manufacturing defects or damage at the time of delivery)
- Non-defective products, including change of mind, size mismatch, or aesthetic preference, provided the product meets the eligibility criteria
5. Method of Return
- All returns must be sent by post/courier to the address communicated by ISTO Furniture after return approval.
- Customers must securely pack the product to prevent damage during transit.
6. Return Shipping & Labels
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- ISTO Furniture does not provide prepaid return labels.
- Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service with tracking, as ISTO Furniture is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
7. Restocking Fees
- No restocking fees are charged for approved returns or exchanges.
8. Exchanges
- Exchanges are permitted for eligible products within the 15-day window.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested replacement product differs in value, the price difference will be settled accordingly.
9. Inspection & Approval
- All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
- ISTO Furniture reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the product does not meet eligibility criteria.
10. Refunds (if applicable)
- Once the return is approved after inspection, refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe, as per applicable laws and payment gateway policies.
